Advent Health noted a decrease in Emergency Room visits amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, a time marked by heightened fears and diminished trust in healthcare services. In response, there was a strong commitment to reshaping this narrative and restoring confidence among the community.

Challenge

In the midst of the pandemic, there was a prevalent worry among people about coming to the Emergency Room with any illness, fearing the potential exposure to COVID. Recognizing this concern, we were brought on board to develop a comprehensive handout collateral. The primary goal? To offer reassurance and clear, concise information, assuring everyone that taking care of their health at the ER was absolutely safe. Our mission was to ease anxieties and provide the community with the confidence they needed during uncertain times.

Solution

We conducted an in-depth survey in a specific Orlando area, aiming to pinpoint the challenges and devise effective solutions. Once we identified the issues, we meticulously integrated all the gathered data into the existing brand guidelines. This process laid the foundation for the creation of collateral designed to reassure the residents of that area. Our focus was on transparently communicating the proactive steps the hospital took against COVID, ensuring that everyone felt secure and confident about seeking emergency assistance when needed.
