The AnimeExpo was set to take place in Los Angeles, California, and they were planning to set up two spaces with in the expo venew to have speakers and presentations out task was to design the space that will better adjust their needs.
Challenge
The challenge was to design this expansive expo space without having access to complete measurements, which required a lot of creative problem-solving.
Solution
Working with approximate dimensions from floor plans, we meticulously planned every detail to ensure a seamless fit on-site. This approach encouraged innovation, making the final result even more rewarding as everything came together flawlessly—including the custom furniture we designed specifically for the space. Our design transformed the area into an immersive experience that captivated attendees from the moment they walked in, creating a lasting impression that exceeded expectations.
